vagabilt@charter.net
VEHICLE: 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4x4 6.0 auto
COMMENTS: I
researched many brands of lift kits and shocks, I felt
this would be the right combination. The jeep sits 9.5"
taller than stock without any fender trimming. This setup
allows for maximum articulation offroad and enables me to
eliminate stiffness for street driving comfort. Rubicon
Express extreme 5.5" lift kit including cv drive shaft
used for $575 on Ebay. I had the lift components freshly
powdercoated in red to stand out from the other RE's kits.
AR outlaw 15 x 8 alum rims with 31x10.5x15 TSL swamper
tires. I also saved $$$ on tires and wheels totaling $750
with Ebays help. I am using the rancho 9000 xsr's 9
position adjustable shocks to help smooth out the street
trips. |
